Religious ceremonies cannot be performed inside of the building..  You can have a non-denominational ceremony in the building.

Building capacity is 190 people, however for seating purposes and space it fits 150 people comfortably.

Yes.  Alcohol may be provided for your guests of legal age, however ROTH does not have a liquor license.  A temporary liquor license would be required to have a cash bar.

No.  All security deposits are used to hold the date of your event and will be returned within 5 business days after the completion of your event provided there are no damages and all contractual agreements are upheld.

Wifi is available but not to the general public.  Access will be granted to certain hosts under certain circumstances.

No host has to use ROTH staff or its preferred vendors for their event.  Depending on the package chosen ROTH staff will help coordinate vendors with hosts approval and that would be discussed at the coordination meetings. 

Yes.  ROTH is completely ADA compliant.

All lighting will be explained at your event coordination meeting.  There will be 3 options made available to the host to change the lighting colors at any time during their event that will be set-up prior to the event.

No smoking is allowed in the building or permitted within 20 feet of the building.  Proper receptacles are provided outside for cigaret butts.
